The Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat along with state cabinet minister Dr Harak Singh Rawat has launched the ‘Kotdwar Eco Tourism Circuit Development and Operation of Safari Vehicle at Kotdwar’ on Monday. In his address, CM said that this will provide new directions to social and economic development. It will also provide employment to the local youth. The number of tourists will also increase from this. The biggest feature of Uttarakhand was that we had positive and creative human resources. The Eco-tourism will be linked to the state’s development and sources of income. Such schemes are being prepared so that local youth can get maximum employment. Tourism can also be promoted as well.

The CM reiterated that their government was working as a sensitive government. The state government transferred the doctors in the remote and mountainous regions. Around 90 percent of the doctors took their charge. The state government was preparing plans for future with public support. Important steps are being taken to strengthen the field of ​​medical health. Tele-Medicine and Tele-Radiology had been started. 12 hospitals have been linked to these schemes. On this occasion, the CM also distributed cheques of Rs. 1 lakh under Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Cooperative Farmers Welfare Scheme.

He said that he would not allow state to become strike state. As you know that due to strike state development gets delayed. Their government would not tolerate if its development slow down. Union government’s dream project all weather road project is being executed in full pace. Alogn with this union government is also preparing project for auli and joshimath.

In his address state Forest Minister Dr Harak Singh Rawat said that kotdwar is an important place for religious, historical and nature too. To promote tourism here Kotdwar Eco Tourism circuit development and safari vehicle scheme launched today. With this activity Kotdwar would get new identity and youth would get employment and other necessary infrastructure will come up here. They flagged off six safari vehicle from Sona river gates.
