Case registered in POSCO act against Rajiv Gandhi Navoday Vidyalay principal

Angered by the sluggishness of tehsildar in eve teasing case investigation, the parents lodged a complaint with the police. On this, the police filed a lawsuit in the other sections of IPC including the Posco Act. At the same time, there is a discussion about the victim girl being pressurized to make a compromise.

A school student accused the principal for flirting while participating in a science competition  when going to the district headquarters Gopeshwar. In the case on Friday, the Gairsain SDM had gathered information from the relevant parties in the school. On Saturday, the parents held a meeting and complained to the administration in the matter. In the matter, the District Administration had entrusted the investigation to the Tehsildar of Gairsain. After delays in the investigation of the Tehsil administration, the parents lodged a complain against the accused principal with the Gairsain police. Police station incharge Ravendra Negi said that the case has been registered against the accused Principal Gajendra Singh Bisht under the Posco Act, Section 354, 120 of IPC. Police say that the matter will be investigated and the immediate action will be taken in the matter. Even after the complaint to the Education Director, the accused Principal has not been removed from the school. Other parents have expressed their fear of sending their children in the school.
