According to the information received by the Code Sharing Website ‘Github’, the ‘Flick’ video frame has been prepared to better understand the frame. People who make videos from this unit will be able to sync the visual effects.  A flick is 70 million pieces of one second. After nanosecond it is the new unit of time.

Flick has benn developed using C ++ computer  programming language. It is usually used for the visual effects used in film, TV shows and other videos. Because of the flick, programmers will know the fraction of time between the frames without media frames.
