IN a bid to give filip to the development and to address the state government’s perennial problem that they are facing crunch of IAS, union government is returning the IAS to the state. Few months ago they had sent back to the Soujanya and senior most IAS Utpal Kumar Singh.

As we know that in every state assembly election, PM Modi is appealing to the voters that he would ensure development in the state and if government fails or divert from their agenda then he would reprimand them. ironically in Gujarat assembly election BJP has managed to regain his power but victory margin has alerted them because party got mere 99 out 182 state assembly. it means they got mere seven seat more than the magic figure.
Now they have to face general election in the year 2019. In this scenario they have to give filip to the development. For this they have been using all permutation and combinations so they have decided to release the Uttarakhanad cadre IAS, who have been on central deputation, as soon as possible.
Currently several IAS officers are under stress of work which is why they have been making request to the government to reduce their load.
