DAINIK NATION BUREAU

Sharing management tips  with the students of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), who have come here on two days long study tour to Patanjali Yogpeeth, Managing Director of Patanjali Food and Herbal Park Limited Acharya Bal Krishna said that Patanjali considers their consumer as family members so we give emphasis on quality. As we know that recently Balkrishan’s name has appeared in Forbes list of the richest Indian. Visibly impressed students have expressed their desire to work for Patanjali in future.

A delegation of 43 members including 40 students have reached here to learn the management tips from the head of the Patanjali Group. Balkrishna said that to get success one must have to think differently. To act differently one must take calculated risk.  There is no short cut to success. Hard work, giving priority to the right work, futuristic thinking and right use of time contribute to success.

He said that a good manager is one who takes all of his workforce together, skilled and less skilled.  Considering a consumer as part of our family and giving them quality products at minimum price is the fundamental principle of Patanjali. We consider our business as a service to the nation. Among the indigenous companies Patanjali is the only one which has touched such dizzy heights in a small span.

Now our products are being used in every Indian kitchen. The people’s confidence in our products is the key to Patanjali taking major strides in every venture it takes.

Prof Rama Shankar Yadav, who accompanied the IIM Rohtak students, said that  the students have been apprised with some gems of management tips which are not available in the management books. Visibly impressed, most of the students are keen to work for Patanjali group after completion.
