Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has campaigned for BJP candidate Krishna Pal Gurjar, who has been contesting election from Faridabad Lok sabha constituency, in Sehatpur, Faridabad on Wednesday. He has also informed the people about the achievements of both the local BJP candidate and Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government. Later CM Dhami urged the public to vote for Gurjar on May 25, ensuring a landslide victory.
CM Dhami praised the development work carried out by Krishna Pal Gurjar over the past decade, stating, “As an associate minister of Prime Minister Modi ji, Krishna Pal Gurjar ji has consistently worked to propel Faridabad forward. India has reached new heights of development in the last ten years. Every day, 38 kilometers of national highways are constructed, and indigenous trains like the Vande Bharat Express are elevating India’s pride. On the world stage, India has emerged as a powerful country.”
Emphasizing India’s technological advancements, CM Dhami said, “Prime Minister Modi ji has revolutionized UPI payments in the country, making India the leader in UPI transactions. Our Prime Minister has dedicated every moment of his life to the nation, treating every Indian as his family.”
CM Dhami outlined various welfare schemes implemented under PM Modi’s leadership, including Kanya Jan Dhan Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, Nal-se-Jal, Ayushman Yojana, Kisan Samriddhi Yojana, PM Awas Yojana, and Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. He assured the crowd that these initiatives are not mere paper schemes but concrete guarantees of Modi’s commitment to improving lives. Historic decisions such as the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), the abrogation of Article 370 in Kashmir, the ban on Triple Talaq, and the construction of a grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya were also highlighted.
Discussing the achievements in Uttarakhand, CM Dhami said, “Many tough decisions have been taken to ensure that the original form of Devbhoomi remains intact. Under PM Modi’s leadership, Uttarakhand has become the first state to implement equal citizenship post-independence. The Uniform Civil Code (UCC) will spread from Devbhoomi to the entire country. In Uttarakhand, we have also enacted strict anti-copying laws, taken action against land jihad, and implemented anti-riot and anti-conversion laws. Development projects worth over ₹2 lakh crore are underway.”
CM Dhami criticized Congress for its history of corruption and appeasement politics, stating, “Congress is yearning to plunge the country into corruption again if it gains power. The opposition indulges in politics of lies and illusion. While Modi ji advocates for equal citizenship, Congress aims to implement Muslim personal law to appease a particular community. Congress’s appeasement politics for 60 years post-independence stunted the nation’s development. Congress is the party that denied the existence of Lord Shri Ram. The INDI alliance formed against PM Modi ji is a ‘Thugbandhan.’ Every vote cast on the lotus flower will hurt these corrupt opposition parties and uproot them.”
Present at the rally were MLA Rajesh Nagar, Omprakash Bhatt, Nand Kishore, Rakesh, and other prominent leaders.
