Violence breaks out once again in Bihar’s Nawada

The violence in Bihar after Ramnavami was still fresh in the minds of people when once again the environment has worsened there. There has been a lot of clashes between the two communities in Nawada of Bihar to in relation to breaking of Lord Hanuman idol. Many vehicles have been broken in violence. Police have fired 10 rounds so far to control the situation. Nawada is the parliamentary constituency of Union Minister Giriraj Singh.

It is being told that on Thursday night, the idol of Bajrangbali was broken at Nawada Bypass. Since then the situation has become uncontrollable. Apart from breaking the trains, many shops were also set on fire. The district administration has banned internet service.
On the occasion of Ramnavmi, the spark of violence spread in Bihar has now reached six districts of the state. Section 144 has been implemented in many areas. Things have worsened in the past four days in Samastipur, Munger, Aurangabad, Nalanda, Bhagalpur and Araria. Even though there was a non-bailable warrant, no action has been taken against Arijit Choubey.
