House adjourned due to chaos

Amid chao speaker adjourned the first day of the budget session till 3 pm. Even governor Dr KK Paul, who had come to Bharadisain to address the house, had to face embarrassment because opposition kept shouting slogan against the Trivendra Singh Rawat led BJP government. although governor concludes his address in hurry but raised question mark that why opposition did not allow governor to read out his address.

Opposition alleged that they are being heard by the government and law and order situation has deteriorated but being a governor he is not taking cognizance on it. As we know that governor speech being prepared by the government and through governor’s address government make false claims. Due to this reason they decided to create chaos in the house.

As govenrnment has been convening session at Gairsain but they are not making their stand clear on capital issue.
