DAINIK NATION BUREAU

Strange but true, on the one hand state government has allowed Sri Guru Ram Rai Medical college to increase their fee for MBBS students by upto 400 percent and other hand they have been forcing private schools to introduce NCERT book in their class. Although school association has knocked the door of court but they have been also putting undue pressure over the state government to roll back their decision.

To express solidarity against the state government’s decision private school management staging dharna at Gandhi Park, Dehradun. They announced that they would not open school unless and until state government withdraw their decision.

Now Question arisen that why school management against the decision ? During investigation it has revealed that schools include low grade books in their curriculum. To introduce publisher’s book in their school they demand hefty commission from them. With this on and average schools earns in crore. Due to this hefty commission publishers mention high price tag and parents have no option just to bow down under the demand of schools. Now how state would address the lockjam is depending upon future.
