Power corporations’ employee to get seventh pay commission by this month

Following on the decision of the state government to give benefit of seventh pay commission to the corporation employee too, state electricity department has issued notification for their three corporations i.e. UPCL, PTCUL and UJVNL on Monday. The notification has been signed by Secretary Power Radhika jha. With this notification government has given festival bonanza to these three corporation employees. 

As per the notification now power department’s three corporation employee will get salary according to seventh pay commission since january 2016. Although they would get seventh pay commission’s difference since january 2017 in cash while between Jan-Dec 2016 they would get it as arrear but its notification will be issued later. Meanwhile department has Even government has freezed the vacant post too.

In future if recruitment is required against the vacant post then corporation would outsource the post. Although corporation will have to bear seventh pay commission’s expense through their own resource. For this they would not get any monetary support from the state government.
