Actor Alok Nath lodges defamation case against producer who had named him in #MeToo

Actor Alok Nath who has been accused of sexual harassment by many women has also taken further step in view of this. Alok Nath has filed a defamation case against producer Vinita Nanda.

Under the #MeToo Campaign in the Entertainment Industry, many women have expressed their feelings. Nana Patekar, Sajid Khan, Vikas Bahl, Piyush Mishra and Subhash Ghai have been brought to the notice of allegations by many women.
On Friday, Alok Nath wrote a complaint letter to the court saying that he asked the police to investigate the allegations. Alok Nath complained in the Andheri Metropolitan Court and said that he has asked the police to investigate all those social media posts in which he has been accused and has been defamed.

At the same time, he had also said that if his complaint is not investigated, then he will not be compensated for the serious losses suffered by him.

The FWICE has sent a show-cause notice to Alok Nath. He has been asked to respond within 10 days. Alok Nath has denied the allegations of Vinata. If the sources believe that their legal team is planning to take legal action. Alok Nath’s health has deteriorated after being caught in all accusations. In 1-2 days, he or his counsel can make statements on this whole issue.
