Heavy rain alter issued for September 22 and 23

The Meteorological Center has issued heavy to very heavy rain warnings on 23 and 24 September in Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Pithoragarh and Bageshwar. On Saturday, heavy rain warnings have been issued in these districts. During this time 204 mm water can rain in one day. On the other hand, Himachal Pradesh has also been warned of heavy rains for three days.

Meteorological Center director Bikram Singh said that heavy rains are likely to occur in heavy 48 hours in Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Rudraprayag, Pithoragarh and Bageshwar in the next 48 hours. Due to this, the guidelines of the administration of these districts have also been issued. Director Bikram Singh told that although wind bearing rain clouds will be till 27th September. But the probability of torrential rain is from 22 to 24 September. Which can go till September 25. He told that during this time it would be appropriate to avoid traveling to mountain districts.
