Kedarnath portal, which had closed in november for winter break, will open for devotees by April 29.
Now devotees, who wish to pay obeisance to Lord Shiva at Kedarnath, can visit there. As per the Badrinath Kedarnath Temple committee (BKTC) portal will open on april 29 at 6.15 am. It means devotees will have to reach Kedarnath on april 28 if he/she wishes to witness opening ceremony of the portal. Even VIP, who usually prefer to visit, will have to stay during night to be part of opening ceremony,
As we know that during winter break Lord Shiva stays at Ookhimath at omkareshwar temple. Now the palanquin of lord shiva will leave from ookhimath on april 25 and will reach on april 29.
