Massive bureaucratic reshuffle in UK

In a bid to expedite the execution of work, which has been witnessing since arrival of new chief secretary Utpal Kumar Singh, state government has reshuffled 16 IAS including additional chief secretary today.

Additional chief Secretary Ranbir Singh has been given additional charge of Forest and Environment and Additonal chief secretary Omprakash has been given additional charge of Civil aviation and chief executive officer of UCADA. Principal Secretary Anand Vardhan has been relieved from secretariat administration.

Secretary Bhupinder Kaur Aulakh has been given charge of secretary sports and youth welfare; secretary Amit Singh Negi has been relieved from commissioner tax and given charge of planning; secretary Harbans singh chugh has been relieved from sports and youth welfare and given charge of secretariat administration (SAD); MDDA VC Ashish Kumar Srivastava has been given additional charge of Agriculture, Dair development and women dairy development; waiting IAS Soujanya has been given charge of chief electoral officer, secretary election, commissioner tax, MD SIDCUL; MD SIDCUL R Rajesh Kumar has been relieved from SIDCUL, Additional Secretary Yugal Kishore Pant has been given charge of excise; V Shanmugam has been relieved from excise; Additional Secretary Vimmi Sacheva Raman has been relieved from Director women empowerment and child development & integrated child development  scheme (ICDS) and given charge of Director Sports and Additional Secretary Home; Additional Secretary Ram vilas yadav has been given additional charge of agriculture; Additional Secretary Meharban singh bisht has been given additional charge of dairy development and women dairy; Additional Secretary Capt Alok Shekhar Tiwari has been given additional charge of Director women empowerment and child development & integrated child development scheme (ICDS).
