Garlic keeps u healthy & fit

You must have been told ‘eat an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ but I would say eat 2-3 cloves of garlic daily will keep you healthy and fit. It will reduce your inflated medical bill too. Do you know that garlic is so much powerful ingredient and being used as flavor booster including topping of pizza and meat preparation. Similarly it strengthens the immune system to fight with bacterial and fungal infection.

Ayurveda says by eating raw garlic you can cure yourself from lung infection because it contains Allicin, which found in fresh, crushed or chewed garlic. It has anti-bacteiral and anti-fungal qualities. It may prevent you from some forms of cancer too. The bulb of this herb consists of 15-20 cloves. Each clove enhances flavour.

It is rich source of Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphrous, potassium, sodium and zinc. It means whenever your pathological test goes out of order then you can correct the deficiencies of above mentioned minerals by chewing garlic only. It does not smell nice because of its properties so don’t get dishearten and try to eat at least 2-3 cloves daily at least in winter. Trust me it will save you from cold. Although if you chew upto it turns into liquid form then it will clean your mouth too. If you are unable to chew longer due to its bitterness then you can gulp with water after two three chewing. It keeps your digestive system clean by flushing out toxins and enhances immunity against cold and common heart ailments by clearing blocked arteries.

If you are suffering from acne problem then you eat raw garlic with lukewarm water everyday and if you want to loose your weight then eat raw garlic with warm water along with few drops of lemon juice. It keeps your cholesterol at lower level too.
