68 percent polling till 5 pm: EC

Till 5 pm 68 percent people have cast their vote on Polling day i.e. february 15. Talking to media person chief electoral officer Radha Raturi said that till 5 pm 68 percent people have franchised their democratic right. This figure will rise because people were in queue as well.
